Subscription & Order Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date through the link in your order confirmation email. Because orders are immediately sent to our roaster for fulfillment upon processing, we are unable to cancel or modify any order once it has been placed. Please ensure your subscription settings are correct before your next renewal date.

On-Demand Fulfillment

Grounds for Reading operates on a fully automated, on-demand fulfillment model. Every order is sent immediately to our fulfillment partners upon checkout for roasting and shipping. Because of this, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications of any kind once an order is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
