All Sales Final

All purchases from Grounds for Reading are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach us at hello@groundsforreading.com.

Exceptions

As a coffee and perishable goods brand, we are unable to accept returns on any consumable products. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damage, defects, or incorrect orders. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@groundsforreading.com.
