Our Giving Partner: Bookspring

BookSpring believes that reading together changes everything. Through book giveaways, family events, and community programming, they make reading joyful and accessible for Texas children from birth through age 12 — when curiosity takes root and lifelong habits are formed.

$33 funds one child for an entire year — providing books, family reading support, and the early literacy foundation that shapes the rest of their life.

We also support Literacy First, serving 54 schools across Central Texas with one-on-one tutoring that produces measurable results: 80% of students show real, documented improvement in reading skills. And Reading Is Fundamental, the nation's oldest children's literacy nonprofit, dedicated 69.7% of all spending directly to programs in 2025 and distributed millions of books to children nationwide.
